Yoshiko Yatsushiro Shibao, 87, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations supervisor, died in a private foster home. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by son Bruce K. and brothers Toshio, Kenji, Yasuo and Tamio Yatsushiro. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Aloha attire.
