Ruth Kazuko Otake, 94, of Waipahu, a retired King Food Services saleswoman and chef for former Gov. John A. Burns at Washington Place, died in Honolulu. She was born in Paia, Maui. She is survived by son Mike Otake, a grandchild, three great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Congregational Church, 2651 Pali Highway, Honolulu. Services: 10:30 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
