She is survived by husband, Jerome "Jerry", son Patrick (Verdi); daughter in-law, Linda (spouse of Robin); daughters Cynthia Puleo (Gary) of Stow, Ohio and Jerri Wortman (Kerry) of Vista, California; brother, Leslie (Siebel) Kubo of Kauai; sisters, Jane Aki of Honolulu and Annie Christian, Hazel Kobayashi, and Irene (Bernard) Apana of Kauai; three grandchildren, Corey (Judy) Keys of Erving, Massachusetts, Christopher and Nicole Fujimori; two great grandchildren, Cole and Trent Keys.
Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m.
Wednesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
