86, of Honolulu, a Korean War Army veteran and retired agricultural inspector for the State of Hawaii, passed away on February 23, 2018 at Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Holualoa, Hawaii. He is survived by his wife, Marjory; son, Scott; daughter, Kehaulani Otsuka; brother, Karl; sister, Tomie Ahn; and by grand- children, Reece Otsuka, Sterling Kawahara and Kyla Kawahara.
