Manuel R. "Bobby" Nobriga Sr., 82, of Hilo, a truck driver, sugar cane worker and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Papaaloa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Mariana; son Manuel Jr.; daughters Faye Kuheana, Yvonne Ferreira, Joanne Nobriga-Ford, Annette Noclain, Frieda Lewis and Rochelle Nobriga; hanai son Mark Ramos; 25 grandchildren; and 43 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
