Rufolo D. Asuncion, 69, of Kahului died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Maria P.; sons Romualdo and Allan; daughters Arlene Asuncion and Rina Pablo; brothers Jesus and Solomon; sisters Trinidad Domion, Gloria Vidad and Margarita Rosario; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary. Services: 7:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
