88, of Pearl City, passed away on July 6, 2018. Born in Lihue, Kauai, he was retired from the federal government in personnel management. Preceded in death by his wife, Eiko, he is survived by his sons, Darryl (Alice) and Cary (Lori Lee) Nagano; grand- son, Evan; sisters, Kikue Yamamoto, Yoshie Ogata, Maisie Chow, and Hazel (Takashi) Takemoto.
