Eve Judith DeCoursey, 58, of Annapolis, Md., formerly of Honolulu, former executive director of Hawaii Bicycling League, died. She was born in Eugene, Ore. She is survived by husband Paul Lebow; son Nicholas K. DeCoursey-Mathias; father of Nicholas, John Mathias Jr.; father Ralph; brother Mark; and sisters Gayl and Maria DeCoursey, and Joy Porter.
