87, of Honolulu, an Architect, passed away January 25, 2019 at the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He graduated from Punahou School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1961. Survived by wife of 37 years, Gloria; adult children, Nick and Noelle; and brother, Peter Fowler.
