George Masaichi Terayama
Of Kaneohe, passed away at Castle Medical Center on February 6, 2019 at the age of 85. Born in Honolulu, a graduate of McKinley High School class of 1951 and an Air Force veteran. George retired after 23 years as an electrician with Ted's Wiring Service, then resumed his career as a federal electrical inspector with Kaneohe Marine Corp Base Hawaii, retiring after 15 years. In retirement, he spent many years helping his son Tab at Nanko Fishing Supply, lending a helping hand and cheerfully thanking customers for their business. George is survived by his wife Frances; sons, Lance (Sandra), Tab, Miles (Gaye) and Ryan (Trina): stepmother, Jean Saeko Terayama; and by grandchildren, Kai (Sherie), Marisa, Kaleen, Ian, Devon, Kaitlyn, Travis and Brady. Visitation from 3:00 p.m. on Sunday March 17, 2019 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. The service begins at 4:00 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. Arrangements Provided By: Hosoi Garden Mortuary
