1934-2019. After a long and wonderful life, Dallas passed away peacefully at his home in Kaneohe, in the loving arms of his only child on March 4, 2019 at the age of 84. He was born in Prenter, West Virginia to William Edgar and Helen Williams. He joined the United States Air Force and was stationed in Japan where he met the love of his life, Moriko. They married in triplicate, once in the American Embassy, once in Japan Embassy and the Matsushima Air Base Chapel. Together they made a wonderful life. They travelled all over and were inseparable. Their love for eachother was so strong, they were soulmates and couldn't live without eachother. Dallas and Moriko had one child, Roger, whom they loved with all their hearts and were so proud of him. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Moriko of 62 years. He is survived by his only child, Roger L. (Donna-Lei) Williams, his precious grandchildren Alexander (Serena), Adam and Amanda. You will be forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace and Love Papa Dallas.
