87 of Honolulu, died peacefully on May 19, 2019. He graduated from Farrington High School and retired from the Department of Transportation as a surveyor. He is survived by his wife Mercedes U. Sato, daughter Aileen Pentinio (Galvir), son Glenn Balisi (Rochelle) and nine grandchildren. His Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019: Visitation 10:00 AM, Services 11:00AM at Hosoi Garden & Mortuary. Interment at Oahu Cemetery.
