89, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2020. She was born on October 10, 1930. Minnie was a receptionist for the late U.S. Senator Spark Matsunaga. She retired as a receptionist from the office of the late U.S. Senator Daniel Akaka. Preceded in death by husband, Al. She is survived by daughters Louise (Steven) Mukai, Aileen (Derek) Nagamine and Joy (Jon) Yamane. Grandchildren Alysha and Davin Nagamine, Jarred and Jazlyn Yamada. Brother Tadao Yoshimoto and Sister Yoshiko Yoshimoto. Minnie's family would like to thank the Serenity Care Home Hawaii Kai and Nagomi Foster Homes. The owners and staff provided exceptional compassionate care for her. Services will be held at Hosoi Garden Mortuary on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
