at the Board of Water Supply.
He is survived by father, Leslie T. (Grace) Miyamoto Sr.; mother, Gail (Miles) Miyamoto; son, Nicholas Miyamoto Pennywell; brother, Kevin Miyamoto; paternal grandmother, Haruyo Miyamoto; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins.
Visitation 9:00 a.m. Saturday (May 28) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Memorial Service 10:30 a.m. No flowers, please.
