Wilma was born in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines and moved to Hawaii with her family in 1970. She graduated from Farrington High School in 1977. She retired in 2007 after dedicating 25 years with Bank of Hawaii, where she earned the nickname "The Will" for her tireless work ethic. She enjoyed a brief retirement before working for her close friend at KTM Services.
Wilma is survived by the love of her life Leo Ronquillo; sons Chad Lactaoen and Christian (Julian) Tomas; parents Cleto and Adelina Lactaoen; sisters Helen Garcia and Annie Lactaoen, and brother Ruben (Chantal) Lactaoen.
