Age 67, of Kamuela, HI, passed away June 26, 2010 on Oahu. Born April 1, 1943 in Hilo, HI. She graduated from Kaimuki High School in 1961 and worked at Trade Wind Tours and Sheraton Waikiki Hotel; she was always the life of the party, energetic, engaging, entertaining; her outgoing personality was simply irresistible; she brought so much joy and laughter to everyone's heart; a generous soul who always took care of people in their time of need. Our lives are better for having known Karen.

Predeceased by her parents Kenneth & Dorothy Kim and husband, Henry (Hank) Reeves. She is survived by son, Daniel Peralta (Dr. Michael Graves); daughter, Deanne "Dee Dee" (Guy) Alameda; brothers, Kenneth, Kevin (Pattie) and Keith Kim; sister, Kathlyn "Soonie" (Gordon) McRae; 2 grandchildren, Tiffany Pa and Micah Alameda.

Celebration of life and visitation 4:30 p.m. Sunday (July 18) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Prayer service 6:00 p.m.
