Primitiva Agtarap “Priming” Ignacio, 86, of Waipahu died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by daughter Loreta Cadiz, a grandchild and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel.
