Joseph Iokepa "Tepa" Kahoiwai passed away on September 6, 2021 at the age of 81 with his wife and children at his side. He was born in Waialua to Georgina Kalaiopuna Kahoiwai. Joe lived in Sacramento, CA for the last 26 years. Preceded in death by his mother Georgina and brother Eugene "Kiyoshi" Yojo. Joe is survived by his wife, Jolila Clark, his children Scott (Patty) and Shane (Dee) Kahoiwai and Jonette (Greg) Callo, sisters Joyce Aton, Diane Gumbio, and Shirley Swinney as well as many grand and great- grandchildren.
