He is survived by wife Gladys Ku'ulei Nohara; sons: David (Randolyn), Chad, Blaine and Koji; daughters Mina and Izumi; grandchildren: Hoku, Kawika, Darren, Mahea, Drake, Anela; brothers: Ronald Kekona, Richard Kekona (dec.), Dennis Kekona, Kevin Kekona; sisters: Shirley Ishikawa, Diane Graves, Paulette Kawakami, Kathryn Kekona.
Service: 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Borthwick Mortuary, Mauka Chapel. Capacity is 50 Vaccinated guests. Temperature checks and masks required. Drive-thru to follow. Inurnment Ceremony: 1:00 p.m. at the Hawai'i State Veterans Cemetery, Kane'ohe.
