He is survived by his spouse Jessie, daughters, Kellie (David) Morgan, Shawn; sons, Dane (Jaylin), Ike (Kim); grandchildren, David "Kahale", Michael "Mikey", Michelle, Jonah, Layne, Jenna, and Dawne; family pet Sparky, & nieces and nephews.
Earl was forced into retirement in 2004 after enjoying many good years of working and also traveling to Hong Kong, Thailand, New York, and numerous trips to his favorite casinos in Las Vegas. He loved his Vegas trips and was always hoping to win the 'big' one. His passion was for the game of Craps and later loved spending many hours playing Keno. In recent years, he enjoyed going to the Food Court at Ala Moana where his brother and friends (old and new) would hang out.
Earl spent his last few weeks watching all his favorite sports including the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, and the Paralympics Games as well, supporting our USA teams. He cheered for 'Da Boys', Hawaii Little League Baseball team playing in the World Series Games. He also enjoyed watching our local entertainers on TV and listening to music from the "old days".
