Brown Mitsugi Watanabe, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Manufacturers Life Insurance broker and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Eiko O.; son Gary F.; sisters Winifred Chinen, Dorothy Kamisato and Allison Yamanaka; a grandchild; and a stepgrandchild. Visitation: 2 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 3 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
