Born in Honolulu on January 13, 1932 to James and Evangeline Mundon, she attended Wai'alae Elementary and graduated from Sacred Hearts Academy. Janice was a beautiful hula dancer and spent 49 years dancing for the "Kodak Hula Show" in Waikiki. She married the love of her life, Billy, in 1953, and together enjoyed bowling in leagues at Pali Lanes and golfing at Olomana Golf Club until his passing in 1998.
Janice is survived by her 4 children: Cherie Moani (Lui) Navarro, William "Bill" (Deena) von Seggern, Scott (Chris) von Seggern and Sandee (Dale Keama) Medeiros; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; many hanai grand and great grandchildren; sisters, Doris and Georgia, and many nieces and nephews.

February 20, 2022 at Ballard Mortuary,1150 Kikowaena St., Honolulu.
