John M. Morita
70, passed away on December 23, 2021. Born in Honolulu, to parents Harry Moshu and Toyo (Toyama) Morita, he is the youngest of five siblings. He was a loving husband of 35 1/2 years, dog-dad to Niko, loving brother and uncle, best brother-in-law, nephew, friend and neighbor. He graduated from Farrington High School, retired as a bartender at Trappers and worked at many other establishments including family-owned Maru Fuku Miso Co. He is survived by wife Diane (Crogan); brothers Thomas (Cheryl), Dick (Lillian); sisters Ruby Ueda, Amy (Melvin) Enriques; nephews and nieces.
Service on Sunday, February 27. Visitation at 10:00-10:45 am at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Family service at 11:00. Hosoi Garden Mortuary requires proof of full vaccination or 48 hour negative covid results from a doctor or facility. Mask required. Unvaccinated cannot be on premises.
