98, of Honolulu, passed away on January 17, 2022. Born in Olaa, Hawaii, he was the retired owner of King Kalakaua Pharmacy. Preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Yamamoto Higa, son, Alan, and sister, Kay Fujinami, he is survived by his sons, Wayne (Charlotte) and Leslie (Dal Park) Higa; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tatsuo, George (Joyce), James, Richard, and Reginald "Chet" Higa; sisters, Makiko "Maki" Ohashi, Mildred Toyama, Yaeko "Sue" Chung and Jean (Ken) Wong.
