He is survived by his wife, Rachel (Oyabu) Shozuya; daughters, Teri-Ann Kinimaka and Nadine Shozuya; granddaughters, Chelsea Kiminaka and Kelsea Yamashita; great- grandchildren, Kamakani Phillips Kinimaka and Kikaha Kinimaka Phillips, and brother, Neal Shozuya.
