Paul is a 1973 graduate of Waipahu High School. He was a dedicated employee of HawaiianTel and retired in 2011 as a Cable Splicer after 32 years of service. Paul was an umpire for youth, intermediate and high school baseball leagues. At times, he umpired girls' softball and refereed girls' volleyball. He was also an avid golfer and fisherman. Paul was a member of the ONO golf club and was a LOTTE LPGA tournament volunteer for many years. He is also a member of Nakagusuku Sonjin Kai.
Paul is survived by his wife Glenda, sons Reid and Raymond, sister Cynthia and brother James.
