Patsy Takayo Yagawa, 92, of Honolulu, an Army transportation clerk, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughtersFrancine E. McMurtry and JoAnn Y. Takeuchi, and two grandchildren. Private services.
