Our beloved sister, wife and mother, Veronica "Roni" Espindola Gomes, passed-on to be with the Lord and her loved ones who went before her, on Saturday, April 30th, 2022, at Castle Hospital in Kailua, Hi. Veronica was born October 21st 1943 to parents William and Kathrine Espindola in Honolulu. She was surrounded with the loving presence of her family during her passing. Veronica is survived by her husband Allen Gomes; stepsons, Burton and Allen Jr. Gomes; her daughter Katrina "Star" Gill and her sisters, Sheila Fernandez, Silvia Vierra and Debbie Morrow. She is also survived by her loving grandsons Adam Gill, Brandyn Gill and 5 great grandchildren. Her sisters, Rose DeMello, Leatrice Sanford and brother William "Timmy" Espindola, departed from us before her death and are surely celebrating her arrival with her beautiful Mother and Father.
