Alice Sumiko Maekawa, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaii Job Corps administrator, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kapaa, Kauai. She is survived by husband James; sons Wesly, Wayne and Warren; brother James Katekaru; and sisters Karen Yoshida, Gloria Hirata and Elaine Park. Private services.
