Terry Driskell, 64, of Maui, a collaborative strategist and a National Guard veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Louisville, Ky. He is survived by wife Lucille, daughter Jennifer Toll, sister Judy Carlton and a grandchild. Services: 10 a.m. Friday at Keawalai Congregational Church, Makena, Maui.
