Zacarias Carmelo, 85, of Kainaliu, Hawaii, a Hawaii Laborers Union retiree, died in Kealakekua, Hawaii. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by sons Richard Armington and Robert Carmelo, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
