Ada “Namohai” Zablan Power
Passed away in Sarasota, Florida on August 13, 2022. Ada was born in Honolulu March 24, 1925, to Antone Zablan and Annie Wight. She was a proud graduate of Sacred Hearts Academy, class of 1943. A true daughter of Hawai'i, she was a great granddaughter of Ane Nahaku Keaweamahi of Halawa, Kohala. She was also a great granddaughter of Dr. James Stuart Wight of Greenbank, Halawa Plantation, and Puakea Ranch, Kohala. She was predeceased by her parents, brother Robert "Bobby" Zablan, and husbands Herbert "Jim" Wolfe and Dr. Richard Power. She is survived by sisters Patricia Engle and Cynthia Luebbers. Children Stuart Wolfe (Kathy), Toni Chambers (Frank), Nancy Mullins (Chris), and Haunani Wallace (Ralph). Grandchildren Dr. Amy Wolfe (Dan York), James "Buddy" Wolfe (Katie), Geoff Mullins, Annie Humphries (Chris), and great grandchildren James York, David York, Maxwell Wolfe, Andrew Wolfe, Tess Wolfe, Hayden Mullins, Aurora Mullins, Ted Humphries, and Lucy Humphries. Private interment in Hawai'i at a later date. Donations to Smith Care Center, Sarasota FL, Tidewell Hospice, Sarasota, FL, Alzheimers Association alz.org.
