He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and diver; and retired heavy equipment operator with Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company. A "Man of all Trades," Lowell loved spending time with his family, and he was definitely loved by all.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Marie "Annie" Perkins; sons, Lowell A. Perkins, Jr., and Gaylord "Moki" Perkins; daughters, Abigail Sinapati, Loretta (Barry) Mason, Bernadine (Ken) Noa, and Barbara (Harold) Viernes; 11 grandchildren; 33 great-grand- children; and two great-great- grandchildren.
Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 5:30 pm, and service at 6:30 pm. Mass Service will be held the next day, Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Sacred Heart Church (85-786 Old Government Rd., Waianae, HI). Visitation at 9:30 am, and mass will begin at 10:30 am.
