89, of Honolulu, Hawaii peacefully passed away on March 15, 2023. He graduated from McKinley High School and received his architecture degree from Illinois Institute of Technology. In 1972, he founded the architectural firm currently known as KYA Inc.Allen is survived by his wife, Eileen; children: Faye (Alex) Bueno, Lynne (Khoi) Le, and Nelson (Darcie) Kajioka; 5 grandchildren; and sisters, Eleanor Tokunaga and Ginny Kimura.
