Janet Ruth Kelsey, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Castle High School English teacher, died. She was born in Oil City, Pa. She is survived by sons Christopher, Jason and Cameron; daughter Anne Hammond; brother Richard Call; and two grandchildren. Private services.
