Richard Noboru Mori, 81, of Honolulu, a retired self-employed television repairman, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Anahola, Kauai. He is survived by wife Miyoko, daughter Sue Ann C. Moriwaki and sister Laura Yamanaka. Private services.
