Born in Ashtabula, OH he has been a resident of Fort Pierce, FL for the past 9 years, formerly of Honolulu, HI.
Survivors include, sons, Nick Carter, of Santa Barbara, CA, Jon Carter, of Fort Pierce, FL and Christopher Carter, of Tampa, FL 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Kathryn Carter.
