Francisca Dorothy Batangan, 77, of Waipahu died in Hawaii Medical Center West. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Michael, Andy, David and Steven; daughters Carol Rivera and Catherine Batangan; brothers Paul, Macario and Larry Domingo; sisters Ann Manzano, Mary Joseph and Pacita Ritchie; and seven grandchildren.
