Age 43, of Honolulu, passed away September 23, 2011 at St. Francis Hospice. Born December 24, 1967 in Honolulu. She attended Easter Seals and Preferred Home & Community Based Services.
She is survived by parents, Robert & Janice Matsumoto; brother, Jon M. (Michelle) Matsumoto; sister, Sandra K. Matsumoto; two nephews; caregiver, Gladys Menor.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Thursday 10/6 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Memorial Service 6:00 p.m. Casual Attire.
