Richard Yosuke Tokushige, 76, of Aiea, a retired school counselor and an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Aiea. He is survived by wife Audrey Y., brother Robert and sisters Betsy Mizuno, Alice Isobe and Jean Yanagihara. Private services.
