Kenneth Eugene Houtman, 75, of Blue Mound, Kan., formerly of Kailua, died. He was born in Kansas City, Kan. He is survived by wife Judy and daughters Anne and Kathy Houtman, and Elaine H. Byron. Services in Mound City, Kan.
