She is survived by husband George; son John; parents Richard Kahawai and Louise Fujinaga; brothers Ricky, Sam, Joseph, Robert and Levi Kahawai; and sisters Louise "Weji" and Cynthia Kahawai, Renee Soriano and Rowena Aguiar.
