Alfred Stacy Rosacia, 70, of Watertown, N.Y., an Army veteran, died in New York. He was born in Aparri, Cagayan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Virgenia; sons Alfred Jr. and Luther; daughters Christine Diaz and Yasmin Sares; brothers Jerry, Vic and Dr. Arthur; sisters Dr. Caroline Rogge, Lume Garcia, Rosa-linda Malalis and Herminia Rosacia; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Additional visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 1525 Waimano Home Road. Mass: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Inurnment: 9:30 a.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
