Michael Chapman of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Los Angeles. She is survived by husband Clifford Silverstein, son Adam, stepdaughters Lynn Sutton and Pam Gillespie, sister Sandra Gillespie and four grandchildren. Services to be announced at a later date.
