Neil Lloyd Watson, 81, of Waianae, a retired electrician, died. He was born in Washington. He is survived by partner Jacquelene; daughters Sandie Koplowitz, Linda Johnson and Diana Hoyem; brother Stan; and sister Carol Hawes. No services.
