Dionicio Balaoro "Dio" Baruela, 67, of Pahala, Hawaii, a landscaper, died in Kau Hospital. He was born in San Juan, Abra, Philippines. He is survived by wife Carmelita Q.; sons Lustrimido, Leonard, Eduard, Ramel, Ruel and Rolly; daughters Merly Baruela, Elsa Corpus and Cely Ramirez; brother Emeo; sisters Pearlita Line and Elizabeth Baruela; half brothers Reyno and Romy Blaza; and 20 grandchildren. All-night vigil: 5 p.m. Saturday at the family residence in Pahala. Final services and committal to be held in San Juan. Casual attire.
