Theodore Lucero Jr., 80, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employee and Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in Vale, S.D. He is survived by wife Ruth C.; son Peter I.O.; daughters Gwendolyn L. Eveler, and Dana M.W. and Mikelle K. Lucero; sister Isabelle Harper; and two grandchildren. Private services.
