Amy Barbara Evans, 63, of Hilo, an artist and photographer, died at home. She was born in Chicago. She is survived by husband Curtis J. Malia; sons Solomon and Ossian Farmer, and Wren K. Evans; stepson Christopher Malia; brothers Geoffrey and Christopher; sister Mary A.; and 13 grandchildren. Celebration of life to be held June 20.
