Andrew Kiyoshi Ishikawa, 51, of Waianae died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Edwin Kawai, and Anthony Sr. and Albert Ishikawa; and sister Donalu Kawashima. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Maili Beach Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
