VIOLET I. GOLDER
86, of Honolulu, Hawaii died February 18th, 2012. She was born in Polson Montana, a graduate of Montana University, and a member of the Theta Rho at Delta, Delta, Delta Sorority. She was a wife and mother for over 50 years. After raising her family, she proudly went back to school and earned her Master's Degree in Art History from the University of Hawaii. Upon obtaining her degree, she worked as an Art History Professor at Kapiolani Community College for over 10 years. She was a great teacher, talented painter, and staunch supporter of both equal and woman's rights. Survived by son, Lance, sister, June-Ann, grandchildren Leila and Justin. Private services held.
